HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

First, create an account. Next, add the items you want to order into your cart. Then, checkout and select your preferred method of shipping and payment.

You can also order as a guest, but we encourage you to sign up and create an account to enjoy these benefits:
  • See all your orders and review your previous purchases.
  • Receive notifications about new releases or restocks of items.
  • Easily manage your details, preferences, email address and the status of your orders.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?


Within Metro Manila:

  • Store Pickup: Purchased item must be picked up within 5 working days after order confirmation at the address below:

Item can be picked up on a PER APPOINTMENT BASIS ONLY during store hours. Call our studio or email us at sales@mrchairph.com to make an appointment.


A minimal storage fee will be charged on a per day basis for items that are not picked up within the given period.
  • Free Delivery: For a limited time only and applicable to orders worth P15,000 and above. We will deliver your item within 5 working days anywhere within Metro Manila. You will be notified via email on the exact date and estimated time of the delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: For a flat rate of P300, we will deliver your item within 5 working days anywhere within Metro Manila. You will be notified via email on the exact date and estimated time of the delivery.

NOTE: Kindly expect delays in Metro Manila deliveries due to Modified ECQ guidelines.

 

Outside Metro Manila:

  • We currently do not deliver outside of Metro Manila. You may contact us should you wish to make special shipping arrangements before you place your order. We will make an announcement once delivery to other areas is available.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Payments can be made via:
  • Credit Card or PayPal - Select PayPal during checkout. Once you tap “Complete Order,” you will be redirected to the PayPal website portal to finalize your payment.

  • Bank Deposit - Select Bank Deposit during checkout. Once you tap “Complete Order”, you will automatically receive an email with all the details you need to make the payment. Bank deposit must be accomplished within 3 working days. If we do not receive proof of payment within the given period, your order will automatically be cancelled.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

You will receive an order confirmation email with payment and shipping details. If you encounter any problems in processing your payment, or if you are not sure whether your payment was successful or not, please email us at sales@mrchairph.com.



CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can no longer cancel an order once payment has been completed. We recommend that you read the Item Description carefully and double check your cart before making your payment. If you require assistance, please email us at sales@mrchairph.com.


HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE ITEM IS AUTHENTIC?

We at Mr. Chair exercise due diligence in carefully selecting and ensuring that the items we sell are authentic. You may verify the authenticity of the item through the provided specification and photos of the item. You may also inspect the item at our studio through a scheduled viewing. Email us at info@mrchairph.com to schedule a viewing from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm only.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final for used, pre-owned, displayed and vintage furniture, accessories, toys and other items. All merchandise is sold as is. Expect all vintage items to show signs of wear. The condition and known defects (if any) of each item are described in detail in the Item Description, please read it carefully before making your purchase.

*Note: RA 7349 Consumer Act of the Philippines does not apply to second-hand items


Items described as “brand new but opened” and “brand new and sealed” may be returned within 7 days of receipt should the item have any defects. Buyer has the option to refund the defective item, exchange it for a similar item (if available), or exchange it for another item of similar value. Buyer must show proof of item defect by sending us photos via email or bringing the defective item, complete with original packaging, to the Mr. Chair Studio within the 7-day period. Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
