SHIPPING INFORMATION
mrchair.ph products are certified high quality items, and thus warrant our proper care, from packaging to shipping. We offer fast and reliable door to door delivery, so we can deliver directly to your home or office, nationwide.

Delivery schedules are from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00AM to 6:00PM except on public holidays.

Orders placed during public holidays will be processed during the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIME
Below are our rates and estimated duration for shipping to Metro Manila and provinces:
Maximum box packaging: Length 20 x Width 20 x Height 20 inch box with maximum capacity of 15kg

Metro Manila Php 600 1-2 shipping days
Provinces Php 800 3-7 shipping days
Shipping rates are adjusted accordingly, depending on final weight and size of total purchase.



TRACKING
Once order is confirmed, the status of your order will be sent to your provided e-mail address. Real -time delivery status of your order (s) can also be viewed through tracking link to be provided in our e-mail notification.



RECEIVING GUIDELINES
We partnered exclusively with Quadx as our official courier partners entrusted to protect and deliver your valuable item.

An e-mail and/or SMS notification will be sent to you a day before the delivery schedule in order to assure that there will be someone available to receive the shipment.

If you are available to receive your purchase on the delivery date:

On the delivery date, you are hereby required to present a valid ID for verification by our official courier partner’s authorized representative prior to receiving of item/s.

Once verification process is completed, you will receive the item together with your sales invoice to confirm the delivery of your purchase.

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification within the day to inform you that the transaction was successful and that full delivery and receiving transaction was completed.

If you are not available to receive your purchase on the delivery date:

Reply to our e-mail and/or SMS notification to reschedule delivery on a date you are available; or

Reply to our e-mail and/or SMS notification identifying the full name of your authorized representative who will receive your purchase delivery for you.

On the delivery date, your authorized representative will be required to present a valid ID for verification by our official courier partner’s authorized representative prior to receiving of item/s.

Once verification process is completed, your authorized representative will receive the item together with the sales invoice to confirm the delivery of your purchase.

If authorized representative had confirmed delivery, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification within the day to inform you that the transaction was successful and that full delivery and receiving transaction was completed.

It is important that you check and inspect your shipment carefully after receiving it. It must be witnessed by our official courier’s authorized representative especially for fragile and sealed item.

During instances of inclement weather, special holidays, or any event beyond our control, some delay may occur in the delivery of your purchase. In such instances, please be assured that we continuously work closely with our official courier partners to deliver your order at the soonest possible time.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If you are unavailable to receive your order upon our delivery, you will be contacted within the next two (2) working days via SMS or phone call to arrange for a second delivery attempt. There will only be a maximum of two delivery attempts, All shipping costs and insurance fees incurred for the third delivery attempt will be charged.

In case we cannot reach you via SMS or phone call, your order will be temporarily put on hold for a maximum of thirty (30) days. Without feedback after thirty (30) days, items in your order will be returned to our inventory, and a refund will be issued to your mrchair.ph account in the form of store credit equivalent to the value of the items purchased. Loyalty points incurred from the refunded purchase will also be deducted.
