Released in 2006 by Hongkong designer Toby and Kaching Brands at the Taipei Toy Festival. The Dumb Dummies line are available in three colorways, red (which is exclusive to Asia), black (SDCC exclusive), blue and yellow with black. The goggles and watches are removable. The figure is in displayed condition and some minor flaws present. Complete with its original box and accessories.
